Online Silent Auction

SILENT AUCTION WILL BEGIN THE WEEK BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT.

We’re launching an exciting online silent auction through Charity Golf Today! This will be promoted through email, social media, and our tournament network.

We’re seeking premium auction items such as vacation packages, hotel stays, attraction passes, restaurant gift cards, and more.

All proceeds will benefit our community through:

• PFHTA Scholarships
• Boys & Girls Club of the Smoky Mountains
• Lakeway CASA
• SMARM
• Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic

If you’d like to donate an item, please contact graci@amarshallhospitality.com.

🙌 Volunteer Opportunities

We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to help us make the 29th Annual PFHTA Benefit Golf Tournament a success! Whether it’s assisting with registration, distributing meals, guiding players, or helping with set-up and clean-up—there’s a place for everyone.

Shifts available: Morning, Midday, and Afternoon

All volunteers receive: Breakfast or lunch, and community service credit (if needed), and a great goody bag!
